Last updated: 2 November 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Jatin Shrivastav (“I”, “me”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit rankkeepers.com or contact me through it. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to your enquiry.

- Information you submit: when you use the lead form, I collect your full name, email address, phone number and the service you need help with (Ads or Website Development).
- Technical information: like most websites, the hosting server automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.

- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how I can help your business.
- To keep a record of enquiries so I can follow up.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
3. Where your information is stored
When you submit the form, your details are sent securely to my Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail) so I can track and reply to enquiries. The website itself is hosted on a WordPress hosting provider. These service providers process data on my behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
4. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, WordPress and security cookies). I do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this website, so no data is shared with Google Fonts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
5. How long I keep your information
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your details sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

- Ask me to correct or update it.
- Ask me to delete it, or withdraw your consent.
- Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to submitted enquiries is limited to me. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
