However, most organizational leaders are not clear on the difference between change management and culture change. Robyn Denholm is the newest member of Propeller’s Board of Directors, having joined Blackbird Ventures as operating partner in January 2021. Throughout her global career with technology and engineering companies, Robyn has held roles in both finance and operations, most recently with Telstra in Australia as chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and head of strategy. Robyn earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and Doctor of Business and Master of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.
The purpose is to give you a better understanding of the role in practice, specific work requirements and the team in general. A self-proclaimed “robot geek,” Rory studied robotics/mechatronic engineering at the University of New South Wales. His efforts to advance drone mapping also earned him a spot on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2018. To stay grounded, Rory enjoys squash and camping with his family, friends, and dog, Rocky.
